Which again returns to the government investigating the Government. I am not a Birther, because this is not about him being born in Kenya. This is about why he would NOT have one. Please inform me how having a Birth Certificate makes you valid for Presidency when like the first 20+ did not have one. This is not even about his eligibility for presidency; it is about the true reason why he won't release a legitimate one. It doesn't exist and by confirming that would confirm is ineligibility....

Kenya was a British colony until 1964, the British ran a pretty efficient system ... the District Commissioners and their staffs were top notch administrators who kept meticulous records.

If Obama was in fact born in Kenya, you can bet the British would have found records of it by now. They brought all the colonial government documents with them back to Blighty upon independence.

Again, please tell me why all of the Presidents we have ever had; have all been related to the same King of England who signed the Treaty of 1213 with Pope Innocent III. It's not a coincidence...It's for a reason.

No one has the authority to request someone else birth certificate, unless you're a lawyer for the person or a close relative that has permission.

The copy that was scanned and put up on the white house website was not intended to be used as evidence in a court, it was intended to debunk the myth that he didn't have one.

Because Hawaii either destroyed his and others long form birth certificates in 2001 or didn't, depending on who you ask.
The one thing that is FOR CERTAIN is that despite the fact that Hawaiian officials have been inundated with requests for a certified copy of the original.... by law enforcement officials... who have legal right to obtain this information... they have been denied.
This is at the heart of Joe Arpaio's lawsuit in Florida.

The only copy available for inspection is this internet copy that is not certified and not valid in a court of law but you seem to think that Adobe specialists have validated it.

Also they seem to think that the Government's endorsement actually is worth anything...It's not..When you look at the level of corruption that they possess, that pretty much says it about the worth of their 'Word'. A corrupt government endorsing a birth certificate by investigating itself, says all that needs to be said to the people who are actually thinking for themselves.

Also if you look at the copy of his birth certificate and the one I posted, please tell me why the only two things on his in caps is his name and CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH. State, Road, and Hospital name were all capitalized on the BC of my OP, exactly like mine is, however Obama's seems to be lacking this.

I propose a different theory as to why Obama is hiding his records. I believe that Obama intends to strut himself over to the UN, divide Israel, and give parts of it to the Islamic caliphate via the Palestinians after the election. I suspect that he will then claim to be the Mahdi so that he can try to rule over the Islamic caliphate. Some Islamic prophecies suggest that the Mahdi was born in the 800's a.d. but was then magically hidden by God until it was time to reveal him as the savior of Islam. I believe that the NWO is helping Obama hide his records in an effort to try and deceive fools into believing that he is the Mahdi who has come back to save and establish the Islamic caliphate.

If Obama is successful in giving parts of Israel to the Islamic caliphate then many Muslims will believe that he is their long awaited Mahdi. Some Islamic prophecies say that the Mahdi will rise in the west. Obama has risen to power in the west. Some prophecies also say that the Mahdi will establish peace after great turmoil. Similar to section 338-20.5, HRS, which provides for a certificate of foreign birth, anyone who receives a birth certificate under this section would have noted on their birth certificate the physical location of their actual birth. It does not confer citizenship, which is, of course, a power of the federal government. We also note that section 338-17.8 was not passed until 1982, so it cannot apply to President Obama, who was born at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu in 1961, as is reflected on his certificate of live birth, a copy of which can be viewed on the White House website, a link to which is provided on DOH’s website.

This is due to Hawaiian state law.

Depending on who you ask, his long form BC exists.

Barry has the authority to allow for interested parties to view this BC.

Not a single person can validate the legitimacy of his BC because of exactly what you stated.
But what can be known is whether or not the internet copy was manipulated.

This is what has been stated by numerous people. That it has been manipulated.

Of course, Barry could clear this all up and let the very people who dispute his claim examine an official copy.

But he doesn't.

And apparently he won't.

All these lawsuits that have been filed could be dismissed and never again filed if an official copy of his birth certificate was released and accepted in to evidence.

But it hasn't.

If so the then it would be prima facie evidence and not one lawsuit has been dismissed due to prima facie evidence.

The cold hard truth is that it has NOT been proven that he is a citizen of the US and it has NOT been proven that he is not a citizen of the US.

No one knows.

The point about the Cold Case Posse is, aside from that group, there have been others who were Adobe Experts that analyzed his birth certificate that was uploaded to whitehouse.gov and declared it to be a forgery. Just because the government hires their own 'Expert' to declare something in their best interests, does not make that 'Expert' the only 'Expert'. Capice?

The only people who supposedly do are Hawaiian officials who refuse to testify under oath.

Naturally I question why they wont' do this.
It is not hard to come to the conclusion that they would perjure themselves.

/E: Back on topic, the only people who are verifying Obama's authenticity are the government's own workers... They are not going to be allowed to say anything that would harm that reputation which is exactly why they have been so harsh on persecuting military personnel who reveal things that have happened in Iraq/elsewhere, and that thread about the DTF, prosecuting whistle blowers. It's like me committing a murder; but being the one to investigate it...Obviously I'm not gonna come out and say "Yeah I did it.."
