Richard Hoagland has announced a breaking story. On the anniversary of Apollo 11 a new piece of evidence has surfaced.

Apollo photograph -- AS11-38-5564 -- was taken in lunar orbit by the crew of the first US Lunar Landing Mission, Apollo 11, July 20, 1969

There's no question in mind that there are structures on Mars and the Moon, I personaly think we've see a fair about of evidence, let alone astronauts announcing there are megaliths on Phobos .. Aha

Hoagland is entertaining but can not be taken seriously . In fact , I find it harder and harder to listen to him .
He speaks to those that want to believe , more than those who want hard evidence .

But yes, it's a hoax. The area can be found at pixel location 1899,644 on the original image. Here it is, rotated to the same orientation shown by Hoagy.

In other news, a prophet in Time Square has declared these times to be the end of days. Kenneth Bertram is a well known prophet seen daily in a tweed sweater usually with a jar to solicit quarters. People were awe struck today as he had a bright coloured piece of cardboard declaring the world to be at the cusp of destruction.

What is interesting here, is how easy this one is to prove a hoax with the current version of the Nasa image available on their site. A little TOO easy wouldn´t you say? Might it be that once NASA was briefed on this slipup in their normal "image-cleaning" routine, they immediatey had the anomaly removed, re-uploaded the image to the site, and there you go.

Why would Hoagland do something so stupid if it was never there? It makes you wonder, doesn´t it.

It seems you completely ignored the relevant parts of my post.

Even if "Hoagy is stupid" he is NOT stupid enough to release stuff such as this without first having verified it himself. And i am pretty sure his verification checked out at the time of him announcing this, for him to even consider exposing this to the public.

You work for NASA, right, Phage?
