Well Im not just going to hand them my gun. So whoever it is, is an enemy of the constitution of they obey unlawful orders and that justifies the use of deadly force.

I personally would not, its to much to lose FOR ME. But others? Imagine police going door to door to confiscate weapons due to a new gun law. I wonder how many people would die? I wonder if a civil war would brake out.
You think the militias are going to give up? HA 2nd Amendment is their favorite right.

Just for clarity i believe the US is far too far down the gun road now and changing it would be virtually impossible, best off giving shooting lessons at high school.

Cops swear an oath to protect the constitution, if they do not obey their oath they are called an oath breaker. Does that answer your question? Anyone in the police or military has a right to refuse unlawful orders and gun confiscation is an unlawful order.

If it was an unlawful act on their part, hell yes, and the State of Indiana agrees.

If a cop have a report that you had shot at someone ( rightly or wrongly reported) and he came to your house and said i need your guns would you give him them?

If he had a warrant and I wasnt guilty then yes, I would have no choice but to submit to their search.
I dont think thats the question here though.

However, if I was guilty, it wouldnt matter if they had a warrant or not

i never said we don,t have guns but what i,m saying is most americans have guns.....i live in a town of 50,000 people and i,d never able to get a gun just going asking someone in the next street...i woudn,t even know where to go ask for a gun in any place and i,m no college boy who leads the perfect life.

It would require a warrant, signed by a judge for the specific weapons to be taken...and a claim receipt to get them back later, if you are aquitted.

As it has been explained on the other threads, the psycho chose a place where weapons were not allowed. He threw tear gas,and chose a confined space where people were trapped. It was an absolutely cowardly move.
