I will wait till the game is out, and give it a play before I decide about it.

Sooo many times the pre release hype was massive, only for the game to dissapoint. Sure number 1 was good, but thats no gaurantee that this will be good.

You cannot just go on the youtube clips of it mate, take it easy hey.

Oh Yay! I just bought Borderlands 1 with all the expansions and goodies to play local after playing at Onlive for the last year or so. It's actually worth playing through a second time for the extra content and local performance!

Now, part 2? Oh goodie! I have a reason to get moving on through the whole first game now. I wouldn't want to switch games while still in Pt 1!

Pre-Order is on my to-Do list this weekend. Yes..Must..pre-order....soon.

Nawww.. not this game. They'd need a team of morons locked in a room with some moronic wizard to lead them to screw up this franchise. The whole core of this one is fun! I can't wait.

I tried both Fallout and Elder Scrolls, neither appealed to me unfortunetly.

And yeah, i despise the CoD and BF games, Counter Strike, has what an FPS is supposed to have, and doesnt try to add some special system which in turn break the experience for me. Online competitive, should be just that, about skill, not who can spend the most time grinding gear

Thats another reason i never got into the RPG games stated, they are all offline ( i know borderlands has Co-op), and i really do prefer online competitive games.

haha no, that is a common misconception, but its ok.


i heard Fallout 3 was really depressing, i never played it though.


Borderlands 1 was VERY fun at times, but it has alot of depressing things about it, as well as its depressing lighting.


borderlands 1 (alot like Dead Island) is absolutely overrun by hackers/modders/glitchers with weapons that were altered, so the game experience is kind of ruined.



Borderlands 2 has really much better lighting, and 88 bazzillion new guns, etc.


how do i put this:

borderlands is like a game where you run around, shoot monsters and zombies and robots and bad guys, and then you get LOOT, yes like pirate loot.


you pick up money and guns and ammo and upgrades ITS SO MUCH FUN, you open a loot chest and it has this GLORIOUS boot up sequence and it opens up like a highly advanced machine, and then you find cool STUFF.


its SO FUN.

I might just consider checking it out, if im not to busy with Counter Strike : GO , what console are you planning on playing it on ?

Those games look friggin' awesome. But for some unexplained reason, I couldn't get into the first one even if my life depended on it. I tryed but to no avail. I'm looking forward to the second one though. I hope I can get in to that one because it looks sooo sweet.

j/k...but only half way. Diablo III is still spoken ..but the jury is out on the long term there. Oh what a disappointment for function so far. Borderlands 2 has to work. 3rd time's the charm? I need a good game to get into again as something new! Deus Ex....was good..but replayability was zero.

But it was AWESOME! I loved it, couldn´t play until "end" because of pc problems. I had a hell lot of fun! Now I´ve got a new one and it´s waiting for Borderlands 2!

i kind of trust 2k games with this one, 2k games, which were with bioshock, and that was SO GOOD, that i trust them with this one.

i loved the first one, but i got really depressed after playing it a while, it had some flaws.


borderlands 2 seems to fix all of that though.

I already paid in full for this game, I haven't been this hyped since Skyrim! Don't forget to preorder because unlike most other games that give you an artbook or something stupid, you get a nice chunk of DLC along with it! If anyone wants to co op on the PS3 let me know!
