they are reasonable observations on the FAQs. Steven is for the most part correct in the way the structure was built. Who & when is not important to him, or to me for that matter. It is pretty certain that the idiot lords who acquired the structures as tomb marker didn't. The big question is why, There was plenty of water on the plateau already, source from the lake as you say. This mean Stevens and just about any other pump theorist is aiming at a pointless goal.

The reason for the massive amount of stone is clearly important, it is not needed for these types of pumps. However, if you add the Ancient Solar Premise to the pump theories, you will see the answer.
