Oh, Im sorry i thought the complaints against the corporate food giants were directed more towards the quality and not the service. I apologize, that
was my misunderstanding. I do agree that service is the way to win customers. If you have great customer service, your customers will keep coming
back. That is an aspect of my business that we work on daily. I may fail miserably on customer service on tuesday, but im right back wednesday trying
to improve on my mistakes and failure.
Sorry for the misunderstanding. I guess im just fed up with all the franken-foods myself, and its been frustrating me and been on my mind.
ETA: something I just thought about, you say you would rather patronize someones business who you can get to know, how is that not accomplished at a
Chic-Fil-A? I ate there yesterday and it was run by people in my community, they were all friendly, the manager was out speaking to customers and
running food to tables, and those are real people, from our communities that depend on this corporation for their bills and living expenses. I may not
know Dan Cathy personally, but from the business that he runs and how well ive been treated at CFA it wont stop me from going there from time to time.
Its also not like his store policy is 'pick out the homos and treat them differently' no he just said he doesnt agree with their lifestyle and doesnt
support it. No big deal really.
As for me, im indifferent, if youre gay, do what you want, just leave me and mine out of it.
