No, you moved the layers around to make it look like a jumbled mess. Blatant dis-info. The layers argument is just flat out wrong and is made by people who have no clue about digital imaging. It actually makes me laugh.

But according to birthers, being a natural born citizen is absolutely dependent upon where a person's father is born, and if he is not born on the continental United States sans Alaska and Hawaii, then he can't be a NAtural Born citizen.
The Constitution does not define the phrase natural-born citizen, and various opinions have been offered over time regarding its precise meaning. A 2011 Congressional Research Service report stated
The weight of legal and historical authority indicates that the term “natural born” citizen would mean a person who is entitled to U.S. citizenship “by birth” or “at birth,” either by being born “in” the United States and under its jurisdiction, even those born to alien parents; by being born abroad to U.S. citizen-parents; or by being born in other situations meeting legal requirements for U.S. citizenship “at birth.” Such term, however, would not include a person who was not a U.S. citizen by birth or at birth, and who was thus born an “alien” required to go through the legal process of “naturalization” to become a U.S. citizen.[1]
Optical character recognition, usually abbreviated to OCR, is the mechanical or electronic conversion of scanned images of handwritten, typewritten or printed text into machine-encoded text. It is widely used as a form of data entry from some sort of original paper data source, whether documents, sales receipts, mail, or any number of printed records. It is crucial to the computerization of printed texts so that they can be electronically searched, stored more compactly, displayed on-line, and used in machine processes such as machine translation, text-to-speech and text mining. OCR is a field of research in pattern recognition, artificial intelligence and computer vision.

Nonono, this is not how it works. Claiming something is fake without substantial proof, if futile. There ARE substantial proof in the case of Obamas BC, however regarding Mitt Romneys, everything seems to be in order thus far, someone claiming stupid # like this without any evidence whatsoever is just really STUPID, or trying to confuse the ignorant in an attempt to divert attention from the real matters.
