I find it amazing how so many people on here can blindly support Arpaio when he pretty much encapsulates all the behaviors people on here hate about corrupt politicians. He's ineffective. He places his own agenda ahead of the needs of his constituents. He loses taxpayer money. He pretty much steals taxpayer money. He abuses his power. He uses his position to intimidate his opponents. He uses his position to help his friends and those that can help him. He's even violated the Constitution. He's pretty much a walking antithesis to ATS and yet he's heralded as a hero. It just boggles the mind.

Very good summation, can't argue with that!

What I find so confusing about this whole thing, is that conservatives have always had the stance of "dont go there, otherwise you'll be labeled a conspiracy nut"

When you have Billionaires like Donald J Trump saying over and over again that he doesn't believe Obama, and then you have Billionaires like George Soros funding Obama.....Guess it goes to show that you cant buy happiness, but you surely can buy a presidency, and of course thats an investment that absolutely must have a biased agenda.

Like it has probably been stated before in this thread, it doesn't matter where Obama was born.

His mother was an American so Obama was automatically a natural born citizen on his birth through jus sanguinis (the right of blood) regardless of where he was born. Now some of you may say that because his father wasn't American it doesn't count. Wrong, Obama's mother was working for the American government at the time so she was inferred all of the privilege that a diplomat would get, including herself being considered American territory (the same way that American ships and consulates are considered American territory).

They really need to set up a reality show for the elections this fall in the Bible Belt.

Seriously, it could bring in MEGA ratings!

The choices
1. A Mormon who is more liberal than conservative on the GOP ballot vs
2. A black guy

Should be better than any reality show on tv at the moment!!

He had one of the highest levels of public support of any POTUS after 9/11 (Please don't tell me you are a truther). Then he caught flack for Katrina and basically spent money like it was candy, and in the last 6-9 months you never even saw the guy. I don't see an impeachable offense, never read that he did anything illegal (all POTUS start wars illegally so that is no excuse).

I'm not a fan of Barry's either but prior to this I would see "Impeach" Obama bumper stickers. People do realize that there has to be evidence of an impeachable offense, right? If it were based on popularity we'd be impeaching presidents every 3 weeks because all politicians are built of the same mold. Money, power, S E X, and more money and power.

Here's another interesting question I have.

Previously, I showed the Hawaii law that allows children born out of state and in other territories to receive Hawaii birth certificates and still show them as being born in Hawaii as long as the parent had lived in Hawaii for at least a year. I'll post it again...

HRS 338-17.8

[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State.

(a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.

(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]

Now, you may say that the law wasn't created until 1982, but here's the part I don't understand concerning the number of the law.

Why is it in Section 338-17 in the first place?

Let's take a look at the Section header of HRS 338-17:

§338-17 Late or altered certificate as evidence. The probative value of a "late" or "altered" certificate shall be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence. [L 1949, c 327, §21; RL 1955, §57-20; HRS §338-17; am L 1997, c 305, §4]

That's a great point but I'm not sure any administration where Joe Biden is #2 is smart enough to do something like that. I do see however that Barry isn't interested on running on his record, not does he tell us what a 2nd term is going to bring. It's all about attacking his opponent. I guess if you are vicious enough this works, but I'm seeing more and more supporters are asking the tough questions. Even Chris "up the leg" Matthews is getting fed up. The once-darling of the MSM is losing his free advertising.

No, there doesn't need to be any evidence of an impeachment. After all, there's no evidence to prove Obama's a Kenyan, so there doesn't need to be evidence for an impeachment.

Nobody cares about honor, dignity, honesty and law. it's all about getting Obama and all those brown people any dirty way they can.

The PDF CANNOT be validated as true OR false! It's NOT a birth certificate. It's an electronic representation of a PICTURE using ones and zeroes, translated into graphics! This is the VERY reason Arpaio and his merry men cannot POSSIBLY have determined it to be fraudulent.

When was the last time you read a book/article about him saying he was from another country. This has happened time and time again to Barack. All the college things that were written saying he was in fact from Kenya. When this issue was first brought up to me I called total BS on it.
