Obama will win because as a secret rule, the powers that be don't do 1 term presidential terms anymore. They always do two now. I'm not sure why though. I just know that as a secret rule it's always 2 terms now. And with the voting machines being rigged they can easily make that happen. Do you agree or not?

Since when? Bush, Sr. was a one-term president. I mean only the past 2 presidents, Clinton and Bush, Jr. were two-term presidents. Before Bush Sr, Reagan was a 2-term president but Carter wasn't.

And how do you know about this secret rule if it's a secret?

This isn't a very compelling argument. I personally believe that the presidents are hand-picked also, but I don't agree with you about some "secret" rule that only allows for two-term presidents now.

What data do you have to back this up. Especially the "it's a secret rule" part.

Well, that was almost 20 years ago. OP's argument was they dont do one term 'anymore'.

And it could be argued his term was just an extension of Reagan's, too.

But, for that matter, you could say that they are all an extension of the previous guy's term, since the policies rarely change much.

But I agree with the basic idea that Obama is the sure shot this year. Romney is being set up to fail. He's the John Kerry of 2012.

Where did you get this "secret knowledge" from? There is a trend for two term Presidents, but I think that has more to do with the challenger's ability and NOT TPTB. That said, I guess if you really believe in TPTB, then everythng is controlled by them, even the challengers.

If there were this secret cabal of folks with total power of everything, then they would have to have a very large support structure. If there is a large support structure, then there must be people willing to "blow the whistle" with actual evidence. Thus far I have seen no actual evidence to prove these claims.

So, overall, I would say that I don't agree with your estimation that there is a conspiracy to ensure all US Presidents have two terms.

What a senseless thread. Stating an opinion without providing any reason as to why the claim being made is even being made in the first place! You could have at least given ONE sentence as to why you think that it's a "secret" that presidents are no longer given one term. However, as already stated...you're claim falls through. Do some research before making outrageous claims.

Sorry bud, you need to work on your thread/theory making abilities.

So then since Bush, Sr.? After Bush, Sr. they instituted this "secret rule"? I still would like to know what evidence this is based on.

No... the puppet masters have both Ronmey (with his squads of neocons) and the progressive socialists of the Øbama consensus-herd-mind all wrapped around their fingers...

See... Catrer was a one-timer because he got out of the corral and was deemed unreliable to the PTB

If Barry were smart he himself would refuse the reelection nomination and do the trappings that Clinton does like gladhand meetings of the oligarchy class from his homebase in Harlem of all places

2 terms might seem necessary to inplement the policies and steer the gov't in the direction wanted through the election of congress people & their votes... but the new Imperial Preside3ncy which bypasses the lawmakers alltogether by way of the Executive Orders method of declaring Edicts is a more streamlined way of management...

only a 1/2 term would be necessary with this new playbook, as the VEEP is already on board & ready to replace the presidential frontman

It's rare, but limited to extremely bad Presidents (Carter) or if you just blatantly stab your party in the back (HW Bush).

Obama falls into the first category with Jimmy Carter.

Hmm. Well Obama does have something like a 46% approval rating, congress on has 15% if remember correctly.

So in heinze sight, Obamas still doing well for him self, considering the atrocities he's commited.

he will get a 2nd term because it is way to easy to blame everything on the race card... What I wonder is if Romney wins and then does and votes for the same crap obama is doing... are people that disagree with romney racist???

I like this post because it blatantly plays on emotions.

"Will you support Ron Paul because some troops support him?" Lol

BTW, the "Troops" don't support Ron Paul because, like in everyday life, they come from a lot of different backgrounds with a myriad of political opinions most of which, statistically and realistically speaking, would not jive with Paul's Politics.

Romney, Obama - who cares.

I know the Democrat / Republican faithful care, but at the end of the day - same old crap, no change.

Take a look at who is donating to their campaign, they are already been bought.

Actually the better argument is that Obama might win because he is an incumbent and it's hard to vote incumbents out of office, even if they are unpopular and doing their damnedest to ruin America.

Still, what will take him out of office is the poor economy and high unemployment. The high unemployment is twice Former president Bush's unemployment.

But liberals will always forgive their guys no matter what heinous crimes he or she does, because it just doesn't matter as long as there is a liberal running (ruining) the show.,

It could be easily argued that Bush senior was president in Reagan's term, his own and his son's. Reagan was shell after being shot, was probably supposed to die but did not, so Bush ran things. Clearly his son was a puppet, and Clinton and Bush Sr. were/are awfully friendly. Either way, your vote has no effect on the process, the pres is chosen and you are convinced to vote for that guy, not the other way around.

How did you hear about this (secret rule)? How is the (secret rule) stated? You say you are sure of a (secret rule) yet you are not sure why the Presidents have served 2 terms...(that is since Clinton)...wouldn't the (secret rule) state why this is so?

You do mean since Clinton they do 2 now?

How do you know the voting machines are rigged? Where is your proof?
