Baked Zucchini Chips

It's that time of year when Zucchini is in abundance. I found this recipe and they are pretty freakin good considered they are not fried!

I recently found a recipe for fried zucchini strips at the local grocery store, this one seems very similar only it's baked and in slices. I prefer baked since I'm not into fried foods much.

I have a fresh zucchini I just bought and this will probably be my afternoon snack. I have fresh parmesan that i need to use up as well. Perfect! Thanks!

Like I said I would do, I made these just about an hour ago.
They were delicious!! I will definitely make these for my bf who will be home on Wednesday. I think he will like these but I will use Asiago cheese next time!


Thanks for sharing this recipe. It's one I will keep! I love zucchini cooked in various ways. I dont think I've had zucchini I didn't like.
