Let's suppose weather modification is real. Could the drought be a blessing in disguise?

Let's assume for a moment that weather modification through HAARP, chemtrails, what-have-you is not only possible, but being used routinely to further the agenda of TPTB. Is it possible that the drought we are experiencing could be a calculated event? With radiation from Fukishima spewing everywhere and particularly falling to ground level during rain showers, maybe the drought is being caused to keep the "bread basket" protected from fallout. Short term of course it is bad for the economy, but long term once the disaster is over and the rest of the farmland is poisoned it would be priceless.

I have no documentation to support this, just thinking out loud...

Radiation will bond with crops too. The absence of precipitation has little effect on radiation permeating soil.

HAARP is a very very powerful tool.. And the way it fully works/functions using ELF (Electromagnetic feilds) - as a main made controlled power, ALSO standing alone, is a VERY powerful tool.... Nikola Tesla HEAVED the warnings many times to use with using his inventions the dangers. ELF runs in frequencies, now already the law applies with Wave Motion (hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu...). So now you have a powerful tool at your dispel. With it you now can control the weather (chemtrails,barium) and project frequencys into the earth to make it tremble..(Sound= Earthquakes) Also our brain runs on many spectrum of frequency's from 0.1 hz all the way upto 1 PHZ [Petahertz].

Interesting thought. It's not the first time weather modification has been used to alter the path of radioactive rain.

I'll stumble around some Cobalt sometimes..a very dark black looking rock..
