Yes.............Agarta mentioned that awhile back. The sizes I produce are as per the sizes requested by ATS on their "tools, ATS uploads" page. However I am led to believe that 200pixels wide is too wide and in actuality should be around 185 or something.......I can adjust to suit.......thats the sort of flexible guy that I am

Depending on your profile info background dimensions = 180 pixels wide and 400-480 pixels tall

Well this is what I have been working on. Unfortunately the file size is too big for ATS at 1.4mb so I am going to work on the compression if you like it thus far. If not I wont follow the path and work on a different approach so please let me know.
