Then copy the code for "use in post" and paste it into your signature section and submit. The signature link never works for me but this will bypass that and it will work fine.

Ha...I got it...you have to use the [img] and /img to set the picture as a signature!

Thanks again for you creativity and help with all this...I have wanted to change it for a long time!

So, I wonder if a mod could add a sticky post to the top of this thread that would have some of these tips and tools people need to update their avatars? Or allow the initiating post to be edited to contain this info?

Thanks for posting that. I had not tried it and assumed it would be [center] [/center ] so your post probably saved me some frustration if I ever chose to do it lol.
