In order to get the full size you have to set the image as your background. After you make it your background, then click "submit" on the following
page, insert a transparent avatar as your avatar. If you are using http links, just copy and paste them, but it's much better to right click the
image, download it to your computer, then upload under "tools" then 'ATS Uploads". Either way works though.
Here's a transparent image you can use. The first is the pic image, the second is the http link of the same image
It doesn't look like there's an image there, but there really is
