Anonymous has a new target: Pedophiles

Well this is rather interesting apparently instead of targeting and shutting down Government websites for a few hours anonymous is putting their talents to a usefull end by targeting and shutting down Pedophiles



All i can say is HELL YES Seriousy anoymous is like the love child of deadpool and batman if their kid was an online hacker I wish more pepole woud do this

Good... I hope they shut down every website that some of their anon members most likely download from.

I would much rather they expose to the police who is making this crap.

Shutting down websites doesn't help the children involved....they'll just start a new one.

They need to start a save the children campaign, or help police find homes involved in rings where this stuff is being done.

I have a pretty poor computer knowledge compared to most of the dedicated people out there, so I'm not trying to be a douche, but this seems like a publicity stunt.

Can't take out the federal government? Okay, well, attack the less savy pedo sites, get some(any) results, and restore popular support.

OR

They get cornered by the Fed, and some shadowy CIA types offer them a "get out of jail for free" card...

OR we are slowly forgetting what anonymous actually is. A collective of no name hackers working for a common good? Well, seems a bit soon to be calling them by their first name. No, nothing like a superhero.

Heck yeah, go anonymous. Put your resources towards a positive end for a change. I think they once went after some porn sites a while ago as well.

Child pornography is frequently traded and even innocent pictures of random children (at the beach, on a playground, in their homes) are publicly fantasized about.

Notice he or they used the word fantasized about, that's not actual Child pornography.

This is why Anonymous has lost my support long time ago

They aren't targeting CP but drawings that are protected by the constitution.
They are targeting Shotacon,lolicon.

Perhaps you missed my point. Like it or not, even child molesters have rights. If you begin to strip child molesters of their rights, where does it end?

A perfect example is Nazi Germany. Do you think the Nazis started out by hunting and imprisoning Jews? No they did not. It started with the Gypsies, an undesirable group of it's time, then it moved on to communist (another undesirable group), and it continued to advance until it made it's ways to the stripping of the rights of Jews.

No point bothering with the police, too many of them like being involved on the other side of the law with this sick sh*t.

Unless something has changed, I'm really not sure they have any strong talents?

A number of their members were previous lulzsec (google it) and were outed by the th3j35t3r (another 'hacktivist'). To be honest, from a lot of their efforts and their mIRC chat logs ... They're opportunistic hackers which explains why their attention spam is so short.

Whatever of the core group remains, they're incapable of a sustained and constant attack once their method has been shut down. Unless some new blood with better skills joins the movement they're nothing but a figure head for impassioned romantics.

Shutting down the websites could seriously hinder investigations.

Anonymous Reminds me of bunch of kids who whined about everything until they were got by there parents for lying about the mess they made thats how the Anonymous remind me of.
