I was watching a talk on TED - when this flashed up on the screen:

9/11 Postcard

It is a postcard that was sent to 'Postsecret.com' which is a project started by a guy called Frank Warren. Basically, people send anonymous Secrets to him on postcard.

I saw this and immediately began to wonder - how many other people are not really 'dead' from 9/11.

You know people can send in post cards that are complete lies, right?

Yeah of course - and it's likely some conspiracy theorist sent this postcard in to stir up this kind of discussion.

Just think its interesting.

However, I have now found another thread on this (should have searched better to start with)

Funny - while it was going on the same conversation came up at work.

What a great opportunity to drop out of sight and expatriate if you'd ever wanted to do that. It's not like anyone could prove it one way or the other, if you had any sort of evidence trail possibly placing you there at the place and time. Instant alibi.

You're thinking of it at a conspiracy level, most people wouldn't. It wasn't even what I thought of when I first saw it.

Well looking at what's written immediately under your name, one has to think how coincidental this is to the message you're sending out in your thread.
