That cop is the most idiotic cop i have ever heard of. How the hell did he ever pass the test to become a cop.

Also the cop should have trained the dog better so that he wouldnt bark at strangers. The cop is idiotic and dose not train his police dog well.

I agree with abstract. The dog/officer should be charged with conduct unbecoming of a police officer.

my dad used to work for a local PD. I've been around police dogs. It's just my opinion but that dog doesn't sound like he's well trained, nor does the overzealous police officer that charged that guy for barking back at the dog.

Whatever happened to freedom of speech???? (Even if your speaking in dog)

And I would hire a dog psychologist to testify at the trial (it happened in Cali, afterall )

Thats just a rediculous way of charging someone for some petty #. That should be thrown out of court real quick but most likely it wont.. A shinning example of PAPD's finest
