I was visiting my brother in Indiana when I shot this video of the infamous storm.

As usual I cant get the youtube video embedded, it is a cool video. My raw footage is much clearer than youtube has. This storm knocked out power, and took out a LOT of trees.

BTW, nice vid. That one tree looks like it could just snap at any moment. Compelling stuff. You would think a tornado was rolling through. No wonder so many people were without power.

I saw a red flashing UFO in the trees across the street!!

Awesome video. We were in that storm as well. I don't recall the wind ever blowing in like that in my 35 years. It was eerie to stand out in and it caused tons of damage. It is interesting to see someone from ATS video accounting of it.

Thanks for fixing my link, while I was filming this my brother was looking out a window in another room and watched a tree go down on the neighbors house. I was filming the wrong direction to catch this though.

Our trees do that when we have a hurricane here in Florida.
Looks like water there across the street. Did you get flooding too?

It only rained for a short time, the wind and downed trees were the biggest problem. Many of the roads were blocked.

The red lights are radio towers behind the trees. (I know you were being sarcastic....:lol

Very Cool! Looks like my yard during Irene last year except we had a lot of trees down.

What was that red light in the woods at 1:15? Lol...

We had some come through like that day before yesterday, I could hear it in the woods a ways from me before it struck but I too got dust and rain in my eyes before I could do anything about it.

Great that you caught it on tape. Good footage.
