So, a war based on Saddam Hussein having weapons of mass destruction is actually justified by him not having such weapons.

I suppose its nothing new since they've been reading Goebbels playbook for the past 4 years.

Funny how politics are played in this country Cheney has contradicted himself with Iraq so many times, first the administration goes from Saddam has MWDs to imminent threat to he was thinking to acquire them, whoa very soon he will be portrayed as dreaming about having them.
