The single best thing you learned on BTS or ATS that actually works. What was it?

For me it was how to make ant poison with boric-acid and sugar water. I mix it up to almost the consistency of a light paste and place it in the ants path where they can find it quickly in a bottle cap. It takes about 2 days to kill a single colony of ants. Sometimes other colonies join in and it takes longer. The good thing is they all go back out side and die so there's no mess.

I actually now don't waste the sugar and will keep left over soda to mix with the boric acid. Ants are terrible where I live.

Best way to kill ants is with sand and pepper.

Lay a line of pepper along the ground.. and behind it a line of sand.

The ants rock up, sniff the pepper and sneeze! Which makes them kill themselves when they hit their heads on the sand!

So easy.
