Homeland Security Report Lists ‘Liberty Lovers’ As Terrorists

wonder how many that is now ??

maybe it's time for someone to make a list of all the known and suspected lists ?
then again, maybe, a class-action suit against the Feds for all those who haven't made any list, yet ??

since taxdollars are providing these "lists", i'm wondering ... where is our copy ??

perhaps it's time for a BillBoard listing the American Treasonists of our time ... and that's one that Obama's name should headline.

what i find bizarre is that you guys have a massive iconic structure called The Statue of LIBERTY , but if you are “reverent of individual liberty” you are a terrorist?? So surely that means the statue is now a terrorist monument?

I guess the reason most folks are not raising hell about being declared a terrorist is that it has not really impacted their lives yet.

A good example of mindsets comes from the movie..."The Patriot"... yes, it is twisted historical fiction, but consider that Mel Gibson was not willing to fight until he had been attacked and his home burnt down.

That is how it is and will be here in modern America. Most people, myself included, have too much to lose and life is relatively stable... so, No, things will go on..

The same thing happened prior to the Revolution and the Civil War. People didn't like what was happening, but still too much to lose in protest.

I still believe and have said as much... that much like the movie "V is for Vendetta"... that it will be some event...something stupid that happens that just ignites a firestorm of protest and rebellion...

Most people I know fall into the category of "terrorist" and there are also more than a few that just follow the governments lead and love socialism and" free this and free that" in echange of independance and free thinking.

Gonna be a hell of a fight.

It seems to me or should I say to the taxpayer, Homeland Security are the terrorist. Right now we and the rest of the world need a global economic recovery program and some Jerkey (A Jerkey is a cross breed mutt that is half turkey and half human jerk) is in a suit making stupid lists and more extremely expensive studies that cost taxpayers more money that they don't have whilst still enjoying the three martini lunch! The global meltdown that TPTB allowed to happen has wipe out the middle class and put the newly financially independent back to being dependent on a 9 - 5 job if they are lucky enough to find one. Meanwhile those spending federal money like a drunken sailor in port for the first time in 12 months with nothing but text in report to show for it IMHO are the Terrorist! Bird cage lining is where you will find value in such a report. Mr GW Bushes Legacy still costing American's their piece of mind and since he has gotten away with it the bureaucrats decided now to go for broke! So are George Washington and Ben Franklin only to name a few in the “cell” photographs in the post offices under Most Wanted section??? So this is what a waking nightmare is about!

Nothing can be done about it until the States start to stand up. I wish Mississippi would part from the Union again. According to HomeLand security ... pretty much any one who distrusts the government is a terrorist or that has different ideology than being ruled by a government.

I hope States begin to part from the Union personally. The Union has got us all in a massive **** hole. Time to get out and start serving ourselves and our neighbors instead of big government.

I love America , but government is becoming way to big and way to radical in terms of control and taxes. The only way i would pick up a rifle against brothers is if my state supported a rebellion or succession from the Union.

Otherwise , you will die like a terrorist if you do not have the support of a state or states.

It seems the tyrants (Homeland Security) will form a base organization, and from there collude to form a "legal' ground floor from which to enact laws to strengthen their position. They (Homeland Security) are becoming a threat to the Freedoms enjoyed for the last two hundred years afforded to American Citizens & Patriots. They, in order to gain power, must describe or appear to display anyone that would expose their collusions or illegal activities as a threat to the Government. As a citizen would stand against any threats to the United States..... foreign and DOMESTIC, it would then serve them to cast a light of 'terrorist' upon that American Patriot as it runs contrary to their power grab, and any opposition to them would need to be neutralized.

Thats the plain facts. Homeland Security is NOT acting in American Citizens best interests. They are only trying to form a Totalitarian rule to govern the American Citizens. And given enough power will label any threat to their own Trojan Horse conspiratorial activities as a 'watch list or terrorist citizen', thus shutting down any dissent against their power grab. You Will be Labeled as a 'watch list & terrorist' in their move to eliminate you as a citizen willing to expose them for what they TRULY ARE. We have all seen a plethora of recent laws and legislation designed to strip Citizens of their Basic Freedoms granted by the Constitution of The United States of America. It's a constant chipping away at our freedoms and RIGHTS that We must be Vigilant against. I am a Vet, a Patriot, Believe in the Constitution, and I also suspect a great deal of corruption in our government, in which I'd like to address and work towards eliminating.......so, does that make me a terrorist??? ....well apparently it Does to Homeland Security

It all just makes me so depressed. Unless you are sucking up to, working for, or dependant on the US government, in one form or another, you are pretty much a TARGET of the jack booted thugs working as agents of various and numerous government funny money funded entities. It really is a nightmare on that level.What about the souls of all of those people who have just given in to it, they are really dragging the whole engine of spiritual evolution down, imo.Can't beat 'em, join 'em, right?
I used to wonder how Germany got so out of hand, how so many people could just march along to the same destructive drum until it got totally out of hand. Now I get it - it's the frog in the pot of hot water - just keep getting them used to it and cleverly turn up the heat at the right times - eventually we will all be begging to wear the brown shirts. Especially when we are so richly rewarded for it. Now just gotta profile the "Right" scapegoats and we'll be good to go.

Proud to be an enemy of the government then. They wanna play this way let em, I'll shed no tears for morons. On a happier note had a heck of a fourth yesterday and it really makes me glad to live here even though our country is run by the morons.

Hell yea they know what they are doing, they are trying to get the free-minded people out of the way. People who can think for themselves and people who like to question what in the hell is going on with the world. TPTB think the people of this country exist to provide them with position. I think their position exists to provide the people with freedom.

Sooooooo am I to assume now that all those years of reciting the pledge of allegiance to the flag automatically makes me a terrorist even though we were forced to do it growing up in school? Does that mean that every time they recite the pledge at a televised sports game that everyone in the stadium is now considered a terrorist? This is beyond well....just STUPID.

Terrorism's roots, all over the world and throughout history, are grounded in hyper Patriotism. The report and conclusion are correct.

Dont worry about it. I served as well, and I just received a nice letter from the Department of Homeland Security stating they were made aware of an incident at the airport in which they found ammunition in my bag. This was almost a year ago, and was nothing more than some bullets which had worked their way into the liner of my bag. I had used it as a range bag once, years and years ago.

Anyways, the letter basically stated they have me in their system now for attempting to carry/conceal a "prohibited explosive ordinance device on to an airplane, I am under investigation, and I may encounter enhanced screening when traveling from this day forward."

Great... did they fail to notice that I am an old white guy who has never had a criminal record and used to hold top security clearances? I guess so. Its nice to know the American tax payers hard earned dollars are going to proper use.

HBO just re-aired the "John Adams" mini-series. If you haven't seen it or don't have HBO, I would suggest either viewing it on-demand or buying a copy and watching it. It also features Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, George Washington, and the struggles they endured during that time period.

One of the biggest themes was the desire to protect freedom and liberty. Does this mean that our founding fathers should also be considered "extremely right wing"?
