Love my new avatar?

Been playing around with the image for a while now on ATS but gave up because I couldn't get it to look right. Now I think I've got a keeper. What do you guys think of the image and its message?

I love it and I think it says so much about the human psyche, our sense of prerogative and intelligence in the universe as a whole. Perhaps I'm just being pretentious.

Any thoughts?

It is cool and creepy at the same time.

When I look at this, I feel like the human race has bonded with a different race. It actually has a calming affect on me. It is beautiful.

The thought that the two children are gazing off in the stars with no hate about race (human or alien) is the way I hope the future will be.

ETA-I also love the innocence that you have captured. Who would have thought that an avatar would speak so well to me?

I love how the picture almost challenges you when you first see it! I wonder what it would be like trying to understand the picture if you didn't believe in intellectual ET's.. probably even more challenging!

Just to clarify I didn't create the image!
I did spend a lot of time trying to make the originally larger pic picture perfect for ATS though! This picture has always spoken so deeply to me and touched me immensely!

And its not copyrighted so its free to enjoy, free to use..

Question in the ET infants eye is that a reflection or a glitch? If it's a reflection what is he/she/it looking at?

I look at your avatar and I smile and think...this is what should be truth and acceptance. There is so much more to the universe then humans and earth.

I like Avatar's that present a message just from the visual.

I think you have definitely accomplished that.

Mine represents perspective. Am I looking IN or am I looking OUT.

I don't think its a real picture of a kid I think its more so artistic expression.

That is a great avatar! I'll make one small suggestion since art is subjective... try creating your images at a higher resolution. That way, when you shrink it down, your image retains sharpness and clarity. It becomes more visually stunning which does have an impact on the viewer. Excellent concept! Keep up the good work!
