ah really,did you try it yourself? i guess i could be filled up with mercury and heavy metals,i did eat a lot of tuna in the past and its full of mercury,hmmm

Well, yes. I don't drink water with fluoride, even my toothpastes are fluoride free. Diet plays a big factor on how healthy a chakra is functioning, this case the Third Eye. Do a lot of meditation and visualization if you want to clear and open this chakra.

Yup I use non flouride toothpaste and I increased my veg and bottled water only with less meat,but I need my meditation more consistent,I meditated tonight saw energy purple and green but not strong like before ,it's due to my on and off meditation I'll be much more consistent this time
