In a nutshell, Ph.D. Candidate Edmund Ramsden uncovered evidence of the practice of eugenics by the Rockellers in low-income Chicago communities; to wit, Blacks and Puerto Ricans.

Active in this action was the U of Chicago, "... and involved the establishment of a mobile communications center and clinic, the employment of medical personnel and social workers, interviewers, technical staff, the preparation of family planning communications materials, machine tabulation costs, and so on.”

Comments and references in the articles are appalling:
*They explicitly stated that they were “using the slums of Chicago as a ‘laboratory,’” hoping to develop “principles and theories which could be ‘exported’ overseas.”

* 1: that the Chicago-experiment was designed to subject American families in a laboratory-setting to birth control-propaganda, and 2: export the results of these experiments to Third World nations with the aim of reducing the birthrate worldwide.

* it is a terrible thing, when people in power target the human mind for their pleasure, systematically undermine their dreams and that in service of that ultimate vision: to exterminate “the unfit” in favor of a self-proclaimed biocratic elite. And that is exactly what Bogue and Palmore set out to do as they attempted to halt “the crude birth rate of Chicago’s Negro population”.

The article goes on to discuss more details of the 1960s experiments and continues to elaborate on how the these practices were deployed outside of Chicago to other US cities, as well as to numerous 3rd World Countries.

The article concludes 40 years later with a video of an MIT professor Penny Chisholm showing historical population charts and stating the world must get the birth rates in developing countries to "drop as fast as possible."

I wonder what the next generation will discover about what was happening to us (behind the scenes) in 40 years?

This is not a surprise. Been saying pretty much this for years. Planned Parenthood, for all the good it can occasionally do, was started by a racist eugenics-mad nutjob, and is thereby dangerous.

The eugenist also believes that a woman should bear as many healthy children as possible as a duty to the state. We hold that the world is already over-populated. Eugenists imply or insist that a woman's first duty is to the state; we contend that her duty to herself is her duty to the state.

This (objective) presumes that the "economic means" is in keeping with the debt serfdom paradigm which is necessary to maintain some semblance of yoke on the population.

I read the lead article. Thank you. Nothing about this is surprising to me, but I firmly believe "The Culling" is real and the planning & implementation has been done slowly, slowly over a period of DECADES so not to arouse the fears of the people.

Good point. Not a matter of whether a family could feed and cloth a baby. Rather, will they be able to kick up to the Man throughout their working-aged years.

Well what happens without planned parenthood and everyone breads like rabbits, soon you have a population like China and more drastic measures are needed, like the one child policy. War is also another common method, it helped cut down the population problem as resources get strained and continues today in many parts of the world. Then there is also disease that can set in to help bring back the population to more manageable levels.

I understand matters of life and death are very personal ones, but either we manage this issue or it will manage us. When thinking about this topic my main concern is which solution involves the least amount of pain for all involved. I would rather allow euthanasia and abortions than go to another war.
