US manufacturing has declined for the first time in three years.
Should President Obama shoulder any blame for this?

Europe's recession and China's drop in manufacturing and American consumers being more frugal is definitely Obama's fault.

That's what the author says.
China is hand to mouth as far as orders for raw materials, that's due in large part to our economy faltering. The European situation could have worked to our benefit if our economy had turned around a year ago.

Oh dear, I thought this thread was about the booming psychiatry business....

Ah well, I'll run with it anyway. Perhaps Americans have been spending far too much time on the analysts' couches wondering what the hell happened to the self respect. Time we did something constructive again.
