No, this hoax is not done by Ocean X, it's done by a typical youtuber tard or probably someone else but is used by this tard to get more views and since his message is 'make this video viral'

My message in his YouTube video was deleted by him and I cannot comment on his video, since I said it is a hoax. Others have spotted that obvious copy-paste too, so it doesn't matter.

The rest remains the fact that Ocean X and this object was found 1 year ago and so far nothing, Ocean X does not seem credible either and trying to make money out of it but the original imageis the 'Falcon' as posted earlier
