I have a question.

Enoch had a very special relationship with God, right?
Why is there no book of enoch in the bible?

If Enoch was supposedly so close with God, wouldn't Enoch have wrote of his relationship in the Bible?

Also, In the book of Genesis it states that Adam and Eve had two male children. Later, it states that the two children had children....How could these two men have children if there wasn't another woman born?

More later...........

Well after cain killed able he was cast out into the wilderness. Well out there he met a woman that he sonn had babies. There are only two ways of answering this.

1.) either that woman was his sister and he commmeted incset

2.) or they wern't the only humans on the plaent at that time. In egyptian the word edan mean enclouser.. Interesting!??!?!

Well actually I just used decutive reasoning. Here a link for ya though..

The Wife

If we now work totally from Scripture, without any personal prejudices or other extra-biblical ideas, then back at the beginning, when there was only the first generation, brothers would have had to have married sisters or there would be no more generations!

We are not told when Cain married or any of the details of other marriages and children, but we can say for certain that some brothers had to marry their sisters at the beginning of human history.

Hey Abstract,

I think you may have misunderstood my question. I agree that it could be possible that incest was in fact the norm back then.

Here is what your signature says:

You f**king son of a bi**h. I saw what you wrote. We're not going to forget this.
-George W. Bush to writer and editor Al Hunt, 1988

I am strongly in favor of using poisoned gas against uncivilized tribes. The
moral effect should be good...and it would spread a lively terror....
-- Winston Churchill commenting on the British use of poison gas against the
Iraqis after World War I

We need a common enemy to unite us.
-- Condoleeza Rice, March 2000

I am curious about this, where can I find these quotes?

Of course all of these elements are present in the so-called (undeclared) 'War on Terrorism.' It is interesting to quote Bush's
National Security Advisor, Condolezza Rice, in remarks she offered in Houston in March of 2000, prior to Bush winning the presidency. We must remember that under Bush One, she held the important position of being the head of Russian and Eastern- European Affairs. These were random comments she made and the following remarks [and the quotes] are exact: "We need a common enemy to unite us." 'We need a new threat as a marker to where we will lead." And finally, "Separation of powers is a problem for foreign policy."
