No it's not, the only person in the hot seat over Fast and Furious is Holder.

and Obamacare just sent the right wing aggression over the edge.

Actually right wing aggression went over the edge back on January 20, 2009. They all went completely ape after that. From the constant lie about Obama's place of birth, to whether or not he's a Christian or a Muslim. The whole entirety of the right wing in this country has gone insane.

Obama is never coming back from this. Unless he attacks Iran they will not ever have him save face.

I'll concede that it appears that someone wants us to attack Iran. For what reason I have no idea. Iran has never attacked ANYONE, and it's common political theater in the middle east to threaten Israel. But no, Obama must NOT attack Iran in order to save face. He has to grow a spine and leave Iran be. Besides, if he did try and attack Iran the right wing would flip out over that too just like they flip out over every single decision this president makes, even if they previously supported the idea themselves.

What does this tell you about the power of builderberg?

Absolutely nothing to be honest. For as much hype Alex Jones likes to give builderberg, he just doesn't have any real evidence to support his conspiracy.
