We all know how hot it is,,,,something I just discovered!

I have been dealing with trying to stay cool with a floor stand fan. I have it right on me when I sleep at night and feel almost nothing.

Today, I took the front cover off of it and noticed immediately about a 300% increase in the amount of air that it is pushing out versus having the cover on!!!

Just a heads up for any of you who are trying to stay cool!

Of course there is a reason that cover is there. Wouldn't like a flailing arm, while rolling over in bed, to get wacked by the blades

haha, you might want to get a job with Homeland Security! Anyhow, the blades are plastic, and I could guarantee you I could stop them with my pinky finger without being injured!

However, you do have a point, I wouldn't want someone with an industrial type, metal fan, to try this! So Thank you for bringing that to my attention!

i've noted the same,
however the dust normally caught by the cage will be blown mainly in your direction
