I would like to know why St Mungos homeless org in London has taken the decision to cut Locums pay and make them re-apply for their jobs? They have made it diabolically difficult for everyone and they know it!
Is it fair that Locums who have been hardworking and loyal for years and years and whom have been the backbone of the homeless sector, get treated in this way?
Charles Frazer should be using St Mungos as a precedent, not puttting the boot in! How can he sleep at night?

Hey, im from the north and im not really sure what your talking about, could you provide a background story? a link maybe? Just so i can get the picture!

Homelessness seems to be on the rise, in Leeds at least ive noticed more beggars. Im not sure they're homeless but they're obviously not looking like they're getting much out of life. Though the state isnt bothered about helping these sorts of people. They expect you to stay at someone else's house. Got no money? Go borrow off a friend. Im serious, this is the "advice" you're given by people at the dole office.

Locums fill in for staff sickness, holidays and general back up. They have already had a pay cut and now St Mungos have raised the bar in the most nastiest way imaginable. They are meant to be an aulturist organisation, but now they are showing their true colours and it isn't nice.
They have no shame or no conscience!!

Just out of curiosity- what race of people work at those offices? Is it a lot of Muslim/ Pakistani types?

The rate of homelessness has skyrocketed in many places Australia included. The distribution of funds is partly to blame. In America and Australia there are more vacant homes than homeless, sometimes more than double. Someone has to own those vacant properties.

Sorry to hear of your predicament but you will probably get better results confronting the local rag.

It's interesting to witness this issue increasing in sync across multiple continents.
