Hi Ateesers, I have been posting on these boards for a while now and have seen a number of contenders for an ATS theme song. Well I just bought a USB turntable and the first song I digitized was a single I wrote, performed and released back in 1980, I don't have the masters, as MCA kept those.

The song is called "Who are you?" yeah I know, pretty dumb naming a song the same as a 'Who' classic but the word conspiracy wasn't a buzzword back in the early eighties.

Anyway, true to form the subject matter is very relevant today. I botched a Youtube vid together just for something to look at so PLEASE don't mention most have been debunked.

For those who like eighties heavy synth music, the keyboard player is Richard Bailey who played keys with Whitesnake.

Hi Richard, if by any chance you are an ATS'er.

I'm just an average man with an average life
I work from nine to five, hey, hell, I pay the price
All I want is to be left alone in my average home
But why do I always feel like I'm in the twilight zone

Muchas thanks man! I've actually just finished putting the live band together, we start gigging next week.

I'm digging your track "Who are you" too, it's definitely got that eighties sound, but it holds up well to the test of time. Nice apropos lyrics too!

Peace,

International Criminal

Good luck with the band mate! some of your material reminds me of Madness, your sound is very compulsive listening, Very 'today' also.

Hey jewells, just played the Police song through. You know! all the times I have listened to it, I never made that connection. I always thought it was a personal relationship song, but wow! you're right. Wonder if Sting is one of the luminous ones
