Why would any civilized person complain about making primary healthcare available to all instead of just those that have the cash to pay for it?
How can a population of a developed nation like the USA complain about paying extra taxes for this when their current government invests more money in war than all other nations combines accross the globe?
Just saying.
for me it is the principle of the government forcing me to have something and have it their way and not mine.

Yeah, I dont see any American doctor giving there services away for free and I dont think that is really required of them. I dont know where you got that they have to give away a third of theri services for free but no they dont.

It's quite simple really. A large percentage of working Americans just don't want to pay for sick people on welfare. That's the truth of it. There's always been a "tough #" culture in America. "Get a job, ya bum" etc. Everyone out for themselves. And now Obamacare has raised its ugly, compassionate head a lot of Americans are having visions of their tax dollars going to lazy, work-dodging layabouts to fund their self-inflicted illnesses through use of crack coc aine. Forgetting of course that the majority of out-of-work citizens are, in fact, good people down on their luck.

This is not true. Americans are predominantly for it, not against it. But a very vocal political minority makes it seem otherwise.

Yeah I am starting to get the picture here, Americans value their dollar more than they value their neighbours life. I get it now.

If a person is making only $1,500 dollars, a fine or a payment of several hundred dollars is a big hit out of their paycheck.
If your making only 1500 dollars, you will be exempt from fines.
