Many here may be unaware that ATS has about 90+ different forums, including BTS (Below Top Secret).

Sometimes its hard to deal with the doom and gloom, but you may still want to remain on ATS not to miss anything, but need a pick me up. Its extremely difficult not to go insane if you remain in the gloom to long, so I would like to add some of the forums so that those that may feel overwhelmed but dont want to go to far can go visit.

I apologize, as you can see in an earlier post a mod corrected me that "collaborative writing" was in fact on ATS. So you can go to the forum and see if you need mod approval before writing there.

thanks, I often look for the interesting or important things on ATS but nice to know there are some cultural areas too, I will certainly be checking out the art and music forums, and maybe the writing (as long as there aren't screeds of tiresome self indulgent ramblings or trite poetry).

You need "writer" status for that forum. The staffer is charge of that forum is masqua.

Alternatively you may enter a writin contest in the Short Stories forum.

Winners are given the writer status and various other things as reward. It's a good place to showcase your writing ability and meet other members who may be interested in starting collaborations .
