I never really know whether to buy into this. That said it is a weird handshake and obviously not how she shakes everyones hand.

There are feminine and mixed Orders of Freemasonry in the U.K. I realize that regularity and recognition are difficult subject to understand but as I said, women are Freemasons whether recognized by the masculine Fraternity or not.
