Truth.
How bout you?

Clearly not the same truth as you. At what point did the Christians verbally assault children, or display a bloody pigs head? Were we watching the same video?

Nope. But if someone has all these anti-Islam statistics cocked and loaded, ready to pull the trigger, then I suspect that they have an axe to grind. So I am calling the poster that I quoted prior out on their motives.

Indeed I have taken the time to study Islam to try to understand why its followers are so violent. I was promoted to do so after a terrorist attack near my home.

I discovered that it is because the Koran tells them to engage in violent jihad.

Jihad Passages in the Koran

The Koran demands 91 times that Muslims imitate Mohammad in every way.

Statistical Islam

Here is a partial list of Muhammad's Jihads for you

He personally took part in about 28 violent jihads and was involved in planning many more.

570 - Born in Mecca
623 - Orders raids on Meccan caravans
624 - Battle of Badr (victory)
624 - Evicts Qaynuqa Jews from Medina
624 - Orders the assassination of Abu Afak
624 - Orders the assassination of Asma bint Marwan
624 - Orders the assassination of Ka'b al-Ashraf
625 - Battle of Uhud (defeat)
625 - Evicts Nadir Jews
627 - Battle of the Trench (victory)
627 - Massacre of the Qurayza Jews
628 - Destruction and subjugation of the Khaybar Jews
629 - Orders first raid into Christian lands at Muta (defeat)
630 - Conquers Mecca by surprise (along with other tribes)
631 - Leads second raid into Christian territory at Tabuk (no battle)
632 - Dies.

Muhammad was a man of violence. The Muslim crowd who attacked the Christians were also being violent. The Koran teaches Muslims to be violent.

Sure the Christian group shouldn't have been there with inflammatory shirts and signs, but I see some bad little muslims that should be beaten by their worthless parents.

What was inflammatory about the shirts and signs? After all, the super smart 18-year-old Iraqi kid had it right - we have freedom of religion here.

Oh wait, I guess it's freedom of religion as long as it's MY religion. Got it.

Imagine for a minute of that was a dozen muslims with their signs in the middle of a Christian festival. Do you think the same thing would have happened? I doubt it.

I just meant that it's a bit like going to the ghetto with a "white power" shirt on. You know the people are conditioned to violence and intolerance. I agree that they had the right to be there.

I suspect that if muslims protested a christian gathering then the christians would minister to them and pray for them and greet them with nonviolence, like the christians in the video. I can't speak for every case since not all "christians" are true christians, nor do they always act Godly, but yeah.

If indeed this was the pig incident they got off easy.Push someone in this country and we push back, school yard education.
Muslims are part of us here and now,yes some are prejudiced but that is all over and no surprise. I speak for the people who are decent and I demand they be defended.Sticking a pentagram in a Baptist church will earn the person doing it a one way trip to the emergency room and we all know it.
That act IS NO DIFFERENT and we all know that as well.
PRAISE JESUS you idiots who did that.

The video is heavily edited. notice most of the "christian" things that were seen in person NOT in the video to make them selves look innocent.

The Christians didn't break any laws and they were exercising their freedom speech and freedom to be an asshole, they chose to do it in a manner that actually infringes on other people. Verbally assaulting children? Displaying a bloody pigs head to children? Telling children they're murderers etc...? I think I might have thrown a water bottle myself. It's funny how these man-children cry about no one being arrested not having the brain power to process that they weren't arrested either and they, could have been.

Isn't it odd that it's only Christian Fundamentalists or Missionaries that show up at events put on by groups they hate? I never hear of Muslims protesting outside of Christian events.

You say the C didn't brake any laws and were exercising their freedom speech and freedom to be an asshole, then go on to say they could have been arrested.

Plenty of Muslims protest at C events they also hold mass rallies down the street spewing hatred and encouraging violence, I don't see to many C's turning up to spit on returned service men or burn down mosques, just like they hold mass sermons preaching the vilest of things to the point where clerics have to be banned from entering the country.
Please don't try and make out like this is all one sided the hatred is strong in both groups.

Declaring Islam as violent is ridiculous when all the Religions of Abraham are quite capable of having extremely violent sects.

I agree with you that all religions can be violent.

Islam clearly has proven itself not to be a religion of peace.

Historians estimate that about 270 million people have been killed by Jihad since Islam came onto this earth.

• 120 million Africans

• 60 million Christians

• 80 million Hindus

• 10 million Buddhists

Sadly, while Christians stopped killing in the name of religion hundreds of years ago, the Muslims are still at it.

Ya I know, but some people go out of their way...and I'm not all about taking the high road every time. I guess the big question to ask them is "why are you here"...kind of like those who protest military funerals with really poor taste in signs and such.

Those who protest military funerals, are just awful human beings, it makes me want to scream, this is the lunatic fringe of society.

I don't know much about the guys in the video, I haven't had time to research it, apparently they show up there every year,

If they were there to get a hostile and negative reaction out of the crowd, the crowd lost, because they played right into their hands.

MY Islamic friends I never considered attempting to convert, BTW,

and with this, are you conceding that a festival full of muslims are "conditioned to violence and intolerance" ??

if this is your stance, why should any Americans put up with/tolerate it ??

I think it is important to remember that most Muslims are peaceful. Muslim terrorists and the Muslim crowd at that festival are however clearly violent.

I know that's what we did, although I was very innocent and knew nothing of the rules and suspect I might have spoken about some things I shouldn't have, now that I look back at it, lol

But like I said they came to church with me, and it was beautiful,

Today we are living in different times, I am afraid we are losing what ground we had gained.

I did contradict myself there, it's late. There's a fine line between protesting and harassing and I think the Christians did cross that line and in some places that is an offense you can be arrested for. That said, I'm all for free speech and assembly but these guys, their message is disgusting and un-American in my opinion and I wish they wouldn't use protest in this manner.

Main stream religions are all based on good morals, or at least the best morals in the time they were written. Man on the other hand will use anything as a motivator, whether it is religion, nationalism or whatever. This typically means whatever they use is corrupted to fit their purpose even to the point it barely resembles what the religion truly is all about.

We see this in religion all the time...but typically when you sit down with any type of religious family they can be the most gracious people you can ever meet. Extremism has no place in anything, but it is in everything...

Actually, he ordered people burnt to death, according to a Sunni Hadith, for not praying.

Bukhari (11:626)

- "The Prophet said, 'No prayer is harder for the hypocrites than the Fajr and the 'Isha' prayers and if they knew the reward for these prayers at their respective times, they would certainly present themselves (in the mosques) even if they had to crawl.' The Prophet added, 'Certainly I decided to order the Mu'adh-dhin (call-maker) to pronounce Iqama and order a man to lead the prayer and then take a fire flame to burn all those who had not left their houses so far for the prayer along with their houses.'"

Muhammad orders his men to burn alive those who do not present themselves at the mosque for prayer.

Sunni Muslims view this as one of the three most trusted collections of hadith along with Sahih Muslim and al-Muwatta In some circles, it is considered the most authentic book after the Qur'an. The Arabic word sahih translates as authentic or correct
