I am looking for some good underground rappers. Preferably Horror-core or 'Joke' rappers.

The key word being 'Good'... None of this 'Odd Future' bs.

Check out Lowkey, he's about as underground as they come and he spits bars with some soul which is pretty rare these days.

My favorite though would have to be Immortal Tech - Caught in a hustle.

Tech nine is really good, not sure if he's considered underground, my above ground favorites would be Kanye, Jayz, Lil Wayne, Eminem, Snoop, Busta Rhymes, Missy elliot, Nicki Minaj. There's too many to name. As long as it pounds I'm listening. BTW if you listening carefully to the music it sounds like they're signing about The Kingdom of God and how things are going to be and will be forever.

I think you would enjoy "Necro" if you like Horror core or Joke rappers.

He isn't new but his material is still good IMO. The beats are good and the lyrics are catchy and funny.

I would post some videos but I'm at work and don't want to risk viewing non work appropriate material from my work desk. His content pushes the limit to say the least, so check it out once you have a chance. Many of his videos are easy to find on YouTube and many other sites.

Who made you judge of what's okay and not okay to like?

The dude has a genre that he likes, deal with it. He's not telling you what you should be listening to or making fun of your music taste.
