Actually this is also not true. Most of what i have encountered in studies about this subject is that the ratio between men and woman about is 60/40 , not a vast amount of difference i would say. Men however are stigmatised under this subject. Also cases in which a woman is the perp are less likely to be reported by victims since most (not all) of those cases involve less violence.


As to the OP it is very obvious that he tries stigmatise gay people into this same role. It did not work out very well for him though.

on the flip side, i've seen plenty of clueless criminals in my day and peadophiles are some of the most diabolical criminals ever, so if he is guilty, he is either classically stupid or deeply dysturbed.

Could you please explain how the "gay lifestyle is an addiction to sex"?

I am gay, I have known I was gay for most of my life, I have had a relationship which lasted longer than most of my straight friends relationships but I have been single for the past 20+ years and have NOT ONCE had sex with another person since my breakup. I am still gay! I am definitely NOT addicted to sex!

If you wish to make statements then at least be sure of your facts!

Some people gamble and quit for good before they lose it all, not everyone is the same when it comes to addictions.
There is no procreation to create a family and lasting heritage in gay lifestyles so the only factor is the sex. You say you abstained from having gay sex for 20 years but at the same time imply that if you were to ever have sex again it would be gay sex. That is only keeping an addiction in check. Just like an alcoholic who hasn't touched a drop for 20 years, they are still alcohalics.

Anyone can be a child user, this should be remembered. There are many men of "GOD" who this sort of thing, many police, many doctors, they are found everywere. This posting seems to be a little one sided or maybe something else.

Pedophile is an orientation unto itself. The sexual attraction is children. A Pedophile may have a preference to gender - - but the primary sexual attraction is still children.

Victims of Pedophiles are often by availability. When the Catholic Church began allowing girls as "Choir Boys" - - - the girls became victims too. The fact most victims have been boys is availability.

Pedophiles often put themselves in positions/careers that have access to children. Such as: teachers - camp counselors - etc.

A Pedophile is a Pedophile - - whether its a heterosexual act or a homosexual act - - - does not make a Pedophile a heterosexual or homosexual - - - a Pedophile is a Pedophile.

First off, the ADULT MAN that tried to molest me (and failed) as a 13 year old girl, was a straight man (my sister's husband, but that's a whole other story), who went on to molest his next wife's daughter and nearly 10 of her friends. STRAIGHT MALE.

Gay =\= sex addiction. My tubes are tied after 5 children. Does this mean since I can't procreate, and I still have sex with my husband that I have a sex addiction?

I realize everyone is entitled to their own OPINION, but seriously....I'm embarrassed for some of you.
