No. The only one who can move instantly is Michael, as he is over protection, he needs to get places quicker than the others. If another needs to get here fast, Father will throw them, otherwise they will have to descend. Time wise, it takes about 3-4 hours.

There is no way I describe the ins and outs in a way that would be easily understand. But, it would be similar to throwing a baseball. Father truly launches whom he is throwing. It does not feel good, the first time. Father is the only one who can do this.
