"Biker alleges Dallas Sheriff Deputy made up charge to seize video"

On Memorial Day Weekend, motorcycle rider Chris Moore was arrested by Dallas Deputy Sheriff James Westbrook. The arrest was part of crackdown against sport bike riders. Moore says Westbrook made up a charge in order to gain access to the video camera mounted on his helmet.

I just came across this video and didn't see it on ATS so here you go.

for those who can't view the video, the quick summary is the biker is illegally detained and the video on his helmet is seized by the irate cop, all under the basis that his license plate view is obstructed, never enough to warrant an arrest one could argue..a simple ticket is all this could possibly merit, but the cop takes this entire thing to the next level for NO REASON.

These cops. Don't the know that every time one of these videos goes viral they dig their grave a little deeper?
