You are actually proving the basic anti-american person to be correct. Anti-americanism is something that is linked to 'intellectuals'. Highlighting Americas low-brow culture wont endear you to anti-amarican people. Many Europeans for example feel that Americans are culturally inferior. You are making their point.

Many Americans are too defensive of their government. Criticism of the US Government is not 'anti-americanism'. America caused the GFC. The American government affects us all. It is only logical that people from around the world will have a problem with the criminal US government. It is far from shocking.

To defend the US by calling everyone 'anti-american' is a low dispicable liberal type tactic. People should stop using the term. Its stupid.

Many also see the wealth of the US to be a global injustice. The Americans have the reserve currency and they abuse it like a low interest credit card. The US cant manage its economy and continues to add to national debt. The US has military all over the world even though they cant afford it. The US is living the high life at the expense of the rest of us. Of course from around the world will be anger at the US government. Dont take it personal.

If Europeans feel they are more cultured, than i applaude them its good to have a positive outlook on oneself, but when you start to look down on someone to boost yourself up, it starts to create tension, I have noticed this tension on this site as others have and i hoped to release some of that tension by posting somthing that wasnt so serious and everyone could relate to, music, women and good times. I may have failed to show you what i meant with the original post, but if one person that has viewed this thread has smiled, laughed, or had one positive thought than I did not fail on this day.

YouTube, the third-most visited website in the world (according to Alexa Internet), has been censored several times in some countries since its inception.

As of February 2011, countries with standing national bans on YouTube include China, Iran, Syria, and Turkmenistan.

What I see is America pumping there chect and prancing around like champions even thouhg we've proven nothing, getting a beatdown from the less respected (but, sometimes feared) 'lesser' country, who put the work in while we were show-boating and kicked our fvcking ass.

Are you serious?

Either that was tongue in cheek or you don't realize how spot on you were.

Arrogant, uneducated, fat-asses getting pulverized by the guy that no one wants to be, but has put in the effort to get the job done.

Thanks for the reminder.

i was just referring to the music scene itself, but yes Ive seen the movie, and i believe America comes out on top gracefully in the end, but im not here to discuss whos better and why, just trying to spread joy, you just happen to be using this thread and using content that wasn't even in the original post to spread your hate, wheres the love bro

and i do believe the russian who "kicked" the americans ass was illegally taking steriods and blood doping, cheating to win, so if you want to get into the "details" of the movie we can ,or we could take the op for what its worth. good tunes and scantly clad women.

Hey there Doc did you know:
America is the best country in the world and the only super power

America is the best country in the world and the only super power

This is not an opinion. It is a fact. It has very little to do with nuclear weapons, and more to do with the economy. American products have infiltrated every part of the world; American culture is broadcasted in almost every country; as a country, it has the most trading partners in the world. It is a superpower because of the wealth of those connections and the dependence that many countries have on American-made products. Not the least of which, the US is the most generous country when it comes to foreign aid (speaking in dollars alone) -- mostly because it has the money.

But, superpowers aren't only about military strength...that's too short sited. Despite you're assertions, the U.S. is the richest country in the far. Look at a thing called Gross Domestic Product or GDP. No one's rivals the U.S. You are correct..the U.S. is in debt. But do you know who holds that debt? The vast majority of the U.S. debt is in treasury bonds held by the American people. U.S. Citizens own the debt.
Look at the standard of living in the countries you site. Is the average income in INdia and Pakistan any thing like it is in the UNited States? If it were then the best and brightest INdian and Pakistani doctors and scientist wouldn't be practicing in the UNited States.
American influence is everywhere throughout the world
America seems to be one of only a handful of countries that seems to have the will to go abroad and reshape the world in a positive way. The Europeans, Russians and Chinese are too bound up in nationalism or more parochial concerns to be concerned with little issues like slavery, despotic government, poverty and the like. Europeans are particularly culpable in all of this. They talk a great game but in reality do very little on the world stage. Their great contribution to the world of late is to invent new obstructionist strategies in international bodies like the UN to prevent any meaningful action to be taken in places like Rwanda, Sudan, Iraq or Iran. Europe will rue this period as one of lost opportunity. In the future the Europeans will see the folly of opposing the US just for the sake of opposing it and making themselves feel more important.

Psshhh... that's nothing.

THIS... is what America is all about!

Annihilating a politically corrupt town with a homemade armored, heavily armed bulldozer/tank machine of baddassery with the precision of a surgeon, causing no loss of life in the process.
(Well, except for the suicide at the end)

Some Americans you just don't screw with. It doesn't get much more epic than this.

I am an American, southern American. And America is in the crapper, I grew up in the era where we were TAUGHT to hate the Russians, You young folks are taught to hate the Muslims. Every era has had the teachings of hate, just a different enemy.

To folks not of American decent, America is about war, occupations, false flags, oppression, ending other countries Governments and instilling the one we want. The one who will work with us.

Yes we have beautiful women, wide open spaces, and freedom. Freedom there's a word we Americans like to throw around, Were free to be thrown in jail as a terrorist according to the Patriot Act, with out a trial, with out charges.

Were free to pay taxes, to which our Constitution has no clause for ( income tax). And we are free to ahve our elections bought and paid for by big business.

We are all the same, we are all human. Until we start looking at it that way, and dealing with it that way, we will allways be the way we are, no matter what happens in the world. Understand the actions of our elected officials is why the WORLD hates us. Yea were a beacon of freedom, if you can deal with all the negative bullsnip we have to deal with.

Kill dozer
Similar stories all over America. Many people have issues with the city leaders who interpret and write stacks of regulation that slowly erode freedoms. The city attorney insulates them and it is difficult to impossible to hold them accountable because they are acting on behalf of the municipality. We need regulations however; they can be interpreted to suit one’s needs and some, just ridiculous. Some people just snap. The kill dozer that didn’t kill anyone and it is a testimony to American ingenuity and craftsmanship. That man had the freedom to build kill dozer but infringed on the rights of others when he began to destroy their property. There is a lot of tension when times are bad, but don't take the law into your own hands, get your mind off of your troubles we have lots of good tunes and scantily clad women.

Unfortunately, not everyone on the planet wants to see the US succeed. After 911 war came to our country and we are forced to give up some freedom for safety although if you have nothing to hide it would be minor in scope to the benefit of the general population. We will have taxation but not without representation, it has to be written off as the cost to govern ourselves. If things get too bad, our founding fathers left us with the trump card. The right to keep and bare arms keeps the ultimate power of the nation with its citizenry.

U.S. most armed country with 90 guns per 100 people
U.S. citizens own 270 million of the world's 875 million known firearms, according to the Small Arms Survey 2007 by the Geneva-based Graduate Institute of International Studies.

About 4.5 million of the 8 million new guns manufactured worldwide each year are purchased in the United States, it said.

"There is roughly one firearm for every seven people worldwide. Without the United States, though, this drops to about one firearm per 10 people," it said.

India had the world's second-largest civilian gun arsenal, with an estimated 46 million firearms outside law enforcement and the military, though this represented just four guns per 100 people there. China, ranked third with 40 million privately held guns, had 3 firearms per 100 people

In the US, you have the freedom and the right to try to make something of yourself and in no other country in the world do you stand a better chance of being successful. I don’t put much faith in false flags; we don’t do anything without a reason. It doesn’t mater what the rest of the world thinks; we are standing for freedom and equality and we stand against anything that could threaten our way of life.

One can argue American pride has been headed down hill since WW2 and the great generation. We are called the United States but we are in fact united individuals. Our full potential is never realized unless we have a galvanizing event to unite us or a leader capable of inspiring us and uniting us as a whole nation again

“The beliefs that the rights of man, come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God”

That's fine. As you wave your flags, just pretend that on the underside of them, you won't see, "Made in China."
