Possible Government/Security Front Company

I would be interested in what the folks here can find out about what appears to be a front for a security/government front company. I'm a security professional who was contacted about a K-9 position with a company called D B R PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC.. Apparently this company is "dissolved" and was associated with an entity called Nevada State Corporate Network, Inc., both of which share the same address. The managing member is/was a lady by the name of Irene Brissette with a Lewiston Maine address who is now deceased (only one in ME), and a Chuck Dubois (Lady Lake,FL) who I believe also is deceased. Links to all this information is provided below. What does this have to do with hiring an experienced K-9 handler and security in Indianapolis? Interesting. Good hunting.
