Not that Mittens can do better, but can he really do worse then what Obama has done ?

Can he really have a higher Unemployment record, and Polarize America, any worse then Obama ?

Im waiting for Obama to pull "executive privilege" on his fiasco of a Presidency !

No, they are just as bad as one another. If you support Romney you are just as destructive/dumb to the country as an Obama supporter. Congratulations for falling into TPTB mind trap though.

Yeah well we know Obama has killed people by his wars, and his gun running, and he sure the hell hasn't lower unemployment in fact Romney can't do any worse.

The multi millionaire Romney has something to offer unlike OBama since Romney makes money and the only thing Obama ha done is spend it.

I am so ashamed of our president right now. He protects Eric Holder for one of two reasons. Either Holder is more dangerous to the administration without a job then with, or the president was in on fast and furious from the beginning. Either way we are being shown how important we are as Americans to our president. Second case: The president should have come out, admitted it was a bad idea, and consoled the families that lost loved ones. Obama would have looked like an honest man with a heart. Instead he looks like a total coward. If he is scared of Holder sinking his administration with honesty, he still looks like a coward. I do feel for the loss of the officers lives that lose thier lives protecting the border. How patriotic do think the serving border patrol agents feel knowing their president cares not about them, but more about bad politics. If he knew this whole time, WHAT A WASTE. WHAT A SAD SAD WASTE THIS ISSUE IS> TO THE TRUE PROTECTORS OF THIS NATION I LOVE YOU> TO THE UNDERHANDED COWARDLY OTHERS < SHAME SHAME>

He will do the same as Obama. Presidents do not control the economy.

The same hate people feel for Obama, they should feel for Romney. Especially ATS members, aren't you guys supposed to be somewhat politically educated? Both are backed by Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. Both are war mongers. Both could care less about the constitution. Both could careless about you.

Who cares if Romney is a multi-millionaire? Obama is one as well. If you vote for someone because of their net worth...that is just...dumb.

Anyways... Romney is going to do nothing but spend our money. He has said he is not going to cut Federal spending. Hmmm he sounds just like Barack....Sure he's republican?

"If you just cut, if all you're thinking about doing is cutting spending, as you cut spending you'll slow down the economy" - Mitt Romney

So someone has to be president in order for you to dislike them and what they stand for?

Evil politicians are evil politicians. You shouldn't support him. You can go read his policies, which are not far from Obama's. He is a war monger that could care less about the constitution. What is there to support?

I think it is simple...

Holder lied in the beginning and now he needs the cover-up as the reason for it all. Why did he lie? I bet for the simple reason it was an embarrassment to him. If he came forward at first this all would have ended at some middle management level with a small scratch on Holder, but we have seen for both him and Obama they are so egotistical that they can't even endure a small scratch.

Both are above the law and the Constitution in their own eyes.

You used the word HATE. Not dislike. Big Difference. You compared a President, who has failed,to someone running to be President, with no baggage as President.

Second, why didnt you answer the questions ?

What makes you think hes going to have a worse record, for Unemployment, then Obama? Will he Polarize the Nation, worse then Obama has?

And heres my Opinion.
Im not supporting Mitt, but I sure as hell think he can do better then Obama. ANYONE can......

The bottom line is one of them WIILL be president, a non-vote is still a vote for one of them, so we can vote Obama out or not vote and keep him in....For me, Obama scares me more in what he is willing to do on a second term compared to Romney's first term, and the reason is Obama can go crazy stupid far left on his second term while Romney will need to stay somewhat center until his second term.

So the real answer here is the one good reason to vote for Romney is because he will be on his first term, and to keep these guys in a first term only situation is the better option.

There is no answer, only pissed off masses wondering where to aim their anger.

Totally amateur move by Obama. The cover up will be worse for him than documents on how much Holder knew about Fast and Furious. The only standing for Executive Privilege is if the Executive (Obama) was involved.

What we do know is that the government was indirectly and directly selling guns to the Drug Cartels, and most likely documents would reveal it was with full blessing by Obama and Holder. If Obama was involved, then most likely this was an attempt to use the example of gun sales to cartels to further infringe on the 2nd amendment. If they're so worried about the contents of the documents, they may reveal their systematic attack on the constitution.

If you don't realize the US Gov't is dealing drugs with the CIA, you must be living under a rock. Holder started with Bill Clinton - he knows a lot more of this kind of involvement than even I think - Hillary is again pushing the UN arms deal which demands private citizens give up their guns - Can you believe people in Australia don't own private hand guns with all the deadly critters they live with down there? - This is all part of a long, drawn out battle of subjagating citizens of the world to slavery. This administration has thrown out the constitution. This is our last chance to save our country. I wish I was confident there was enough educated people to understand this.

I try to think of where in the world I could move to, to escape this bull#. Maybe Canada? That's what everybody else thinks, too.

The only reasonable way we could root out this kind of TREASON from our politics, is term limits. But that will take generations. By the way, I'm anti-democratic party, but I'm not pro=republican. I lean more conservative/libertarian.

This transcends platforms and other trivia, it's the Constitution and Federal
law being broken. I stood around and said "Go get 'im" about Ken Starr

Still took a lot of heat from most in my circle, but presidents are not gods.
If this is the Obama administration's version of transparency, may his
original voting suppporters take note. There was a lot of chatter about this
whole fiasco being about some crowbar maneuver for the 2nd Amendment:
I believe this test balloon can't be popped by a big enough cannon.

executive privilege requires a prosecutor to specify which documents he would like and what relevancy they may have to the proceeding. a few days ago, (though very underreported) holder stipulated he would be happy to submit documents if he could be convinced they would satisfy the subpoena and were necessary to the justice of the case.

that's a fairly standard discovery protection--designed to protect sensitive (i.e., NSI) and 'fishing' attempts motivated by politic.

you are now aware that this is the first time in nearly four years Obama claimed executive privilege.

you are now aware that in 2009, SEC general counsel claimed executive privilege, re: madoff.

you are now aware george w. utilized executive privilege on six occasions.
re: janet reno
re: FBI conf.informant scandal
re: justice department deliberations regarding clinton campaign
re: Dick Cheney's meetings with energy executives
re: information regarding pres. council Harriet Miers and Sara Taylor
re: testimony of Miers and Taylor
re: death of ranger Pat Tillman
re: Karl Rove subpoena

you are now aware clinton once used executive privilege and it was overturned in court--lewinsky.

A President invoking Executive Privilege under these circumstances is nothing new.

Obama used executive privilege for the very same reason as Nixon, Truman, Eisenhower, Clinton and Bush. Hell, George W. Bush used it 6 times.

Every time it was used it was a great big deal in the MSM.

Now, if there is a criminal charge, the Executive Privilege can be denied. However, this is for the Supreme Court to decide, not MSM. They may very well be a security concern in releasing these documents. Only time will tell. As for now, this is all hype and speculation.

way more than two cases. here are some more.

third) a revamped version of the program (perhaps with military grade GPS, as opposed to radioshack....) is presently underway. disclosing information recklessly threatens the security of this operation. [after all, the problem is that this didn't work. had the tracking system been without basic fault, it might have provided useful intel RE: whereabouts.]

fourth) compromising the president's ability to receive counsel.
fifth) complicating the on-going investigation into white house leaks.

I could probably go on forever.

Honestly, this is like watergate for god's sake. Executive Privilege? This should be illegal. If Congress asks you for something, you as President and Administration have a duty to provide it. They are the elected officials, they are the ones who are suppose to be check and balance.

This is really disgusting.

~Tenth

Thanks for the parallel to the Watergate coverup, and I had to reply to DarkKnight as well.
This is exactly ther reason why the Congress must step in and pound out a contempt
resolution. If the pudding we're being doled out lately could be reverse engineered by a
mercury poisoned fifth grader like me back into "How do we scrape up everybody's guns",
this might be the proof that might get me tipped over. Drool, what'sa 2nd Am say anyway??
And thanks again for the 'executive privilege'; I contend also that executive orders have been
increasingly the bane of checks and balances since Jefferson-- and lookitus NOW.
