Obama's Attorneys Admit his case has no Merit! -- you cant make this stuff up...
it appears Obama is trying to delay or mix the case up like he did in 2008 and was successful at
circumventing the legal system and becoming the president illegally. so this is like take two...
I dont think so... fool me once shame on me - fool me twice... well - . . . . . . ..

pretty sure his lawyers argued that the case had no merit (in the video, and in just about every article on the subject.)

and that they further noted that one of the statute(s) he is said to not conform to has language in it which specifies it applies to a party's nominee. if florida's democratic party did not nominate a candidate, there is no nomination.

huff and puff all you want, but it's a reasonable argument to make, and has much more to do with legalise than it does facts at hand.
