Here thanks to feminism they are now putting in speed limiters into young males cars. Apparently because more males drive and thus we have more accidents we are now all reckless drivers that need to have a speed cap in our car. Here in Norway so called gender equality has done the opposite so that it is now males that are discriminated in nearly all ways.

Personally i am all for equality, but here equality is apparently to shift the roles so that males are discriminated instead.
If a male is raped by a female or similar then he is just laughed at, while if a female even lies and have no evidence then the male gets charged for rape even if he might be innocent.

Same thing with house work as well.. Now it is usually the male that cooks dinner and cleans the house while the female is relaxing watching the propaganda/brainwashing box.

I think he is making a simple rant, but with the unfortunate mistake of doing it in public in a way that will endure well past point where he cools down and returns to sensible rational thought again. He is probably none of those things mentioned above, if I go by experience with years of ranting myself and listening to others rant. It is just knee-jerk reaction if you see or experience someone of a certain race, religion, gender or some other readily identifiable trait different from yours, doing something utterly maddening, to have that unfortunate moment of condemning everyone else who matches that general description.

I admit to ranting all kinds of unfortunate nonsense I do not truly believe or ever act upon on the occasions someone really gets my goat. Like if I see a teen litter bug and I go on a rant about teens. I know darn well and good that there are great teenagers out there who do more for the environment than I ever will, and yet the things I let fly out of my mouth or cross my mind in the heat of the moment put me into shame when I cool down and come to my senses. I'm an aunt to teens and treat teens with respect unless they do something to merit otherwise. But if you were to hear me rant about one, you'd think I was a complete bigot against them.

I could be wrong but I'd like to give this man the benefit of a doubt. He clearly loves his car and put a lot of time and effort and money into caring for it. I don't agree with the way he chose to express his outrage but I sympathize with how upset he feels. And I am a woman. Also nobody can offend me if I choose not to take offense. And I don't. This too, shall pass.

I notice this sort of thing with a lot of women drivers. It does happen with some men but mostly women.

They bump cars doors, they put keys or bags onto the roof scractching paintwork, they crunch gears, they rev up and slip clutches, they yank handbrake levers right up.

It adds up to a lack of respect and understanding of the engineering and skill involved in producing a car.

If they worked in a paint shop or an engineering shop they would have an appreciation of what it takes to get a finish on paintwork etc, and maybe then they would take a little more care with their own vehicles never mind other peoples pride and joy.

Yes they should recieve fines for their carelessness.

Not sure who you are replying to again but I don't think either of us meant its ok to do this. I take good care of my things and yes it pisses me off when others are so careless and ruin something. So i do understand. I've just had to learn to let it go. This is hard to do if you aren't used to having to bite your tongue. It's just my advice if you're a picky person, which I am, probably more than the OP, that it would serve you better not to get all worked up over objects. You can't take this stuff with you when you die. You don't see Hearsts towing a U Haul.

They should definately have to pay for any damages. If its their own vehicle, then they obviously will have to pay. If it comes out of her husbands pocket, fine. His fault for marrying a space cadet/valley girl.

It's not just afford. I wanted a wrangler for more than 20 years. I finally got it and wanted to keep it pristine. I drive a different car for work during the week and drive the wrangler on weekends. It's almost two years old with just 6k miles on it. I have spent over 150 hours over almost two years cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.. What pisses me off is bimbo #1 decided to DOUBLE PARK 2 feet away from my car. I don't know if this is because she is lazy or has no regard for anyone but herself. So she blocks the one lane road as if the world revolves around her. Then Bimbo #2 gets out of the car and opens the door right into my car.(I didn't notice this one at the time) I arrive back near my car, light up a cig and watch bimbo #2 leave the pizza place with her food in her hand, and open the door right into my car.. I walked over to see if there was any damage and when I turn around bimbo #1 and bimbo #2 are driving off. There was no sorry even when eye contact was made after she had done it. I stood in the middle of the street both arms straight out like "what the hell?" hoping they would see me in the rearview. They just kept driving.. I hope they wrapped a tree on the way home.

I watched a woman spend a lot of time reversing her car into a space which was no bigger than the width of her own car. She did eventually get it in but then realised she couldn't open the door to get out.

I am female. Ive had a lot of cars over the yrs, but this one I have now... I LOVE. I mean I LOVE it. It is pretty, heats my butt in the winter and goes up to 160 ( or so the spedometer says). It have such power that I am able to save myself from certain death due to male truck drivers trying to squish me on the highway. They dont make this car anymore and my previous one same yr and model was demolished by an idiot uninsured driver.. male. I searched and bought its twin as a replacement. Now Im paranoid as hell with drivers. I was badly hurt in the accident and it has made me watch everyone else very closely. I can tell you that both men and women are bad drivers, but women by far dont give a damn about beating the hell out of your car in a parking lot in my experience.
