Egypt's ruling military council pledged Monday to honor its promise to hand over power to the newly elected president by the end of this month, hours after Islamist candidate Mohammed Morsi claimed victory in the first free presidential vote since the ouster of authoritarian leader Hosni Mubarak 16 months ago.

We should all be very concerned with this new development in Egypt. The new ruling party is represented by the Muslim Brotherhood. A radical authority that rose to sudden power with the help of the United States. Remember that Sec. of State Clinton and Obama demanded the official ouster of Mubarek. I am certain that it was all part of the plan to put the MB back into power and control of the nation in which they were founded back in 1928.

Mubarek's removal was sudden and swift with very little concern for the end result politically. Now the Brotherhood is claiming a 52% victory. Time to open the door to the relationship between the MB and the United States(Obama's admin)

Go back to last years big "Arab Spring" movement that swept the region. Turkey and Syria are all involved. Egypt is the first to fall to the MB. Syria will be next!!

Recently, Erdogan has questioned whether Assad was genuinely prepared to make “reforms.” Ghadry believes that after Turkey holds elections on June 12, Erdogan may try to lean on the Muslim Brotherhood to reach an accommodation with Damascus.

To Ghadry, a government dominated by the Muslim Brotherhood or a continuation of the Assad dictatorship would be disastrous for the Syrian people. And they would also be bad news for the United States and the Western, democratic world.

Check the following thread regarding the MB and Syria. Take notice of the mention of Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's personal assistant. Huma as been by Hillary's side since she was First Lady when she was her intern. Huma has strong familial ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.

I'm not sure what the big deal is. Hasn't the military proven, especially within the last 5 days or so, that THEY call the shots.

If the military decides Tuesday that they don't actually like Mosni then he will be gone, that simple...

People ignore this and it is one of the most important events of modern history that will lead to a major conflict.

The MB are a western intelligence creation, there are many factions today but they still operate with influence of the CIA and MI5.

Whereas Egypt has had a peace treaty with Israel since 1979, that no longer applies. This agenda of isolating Israel to make way for a major conflict in the region has been going on for years.

People can ignore it all they like but it's been known that the MB will start taking over countries in the region, they had this planned for Egypt before Mubarek was removed from power.

Well apparently i read last night that they just in a mad scramble handed a huge amount of powers to the miiitary making the role of the elcted a minor one. So a quick seat of the pants, dictatorship erected via the election. Swell! Obama behind it its been said.
