I don't feel sorry for the guy, let alone he was drunk during the time of the beatings in 1991. What do you think? He should have not resisted the LAPD for this and should have not been speeding. unfortunately the cops did was no better either. They should have been arresting the guy after he handcuffed and beaten down in the pulp. Bascially a lot of people don't care about him, it's about him being beaten up that gangs experienced for themselves.
