To an extent I agree completely. Now can you show me where in the article you linked as a source it makes any mention of the Sheriff's deputies attacking this man and causing him harm or distress? I read Phoenix PD, I read "Detention Officers", but I saw absolutely no mention of Sheriffs Deputies. So please, show me where it says anything about "Sheriff Deputies". I will wait
