Thanks, interesting info. It makes sense that over production is what is causing the problem. I'll look into those for sure. Might even try convince some of my lactose intolorent or celiacs disease into a small sample haha.

Yep Lactose intolerant people are fine on raw cows or goats milk that right there speaks volumes. Factory farms have lobbied government to try and stamp out raw milk and vilified it when it has a far better track record then pasteurized milk.

Bowel Desease from Milk Fat

Finally some scientific studies that show why so many people are all of a sudden lactose intolerant, have appendicitis, or bowel disorders. Basically some people have a stronger immune system response to the bacteria that Milk fat consumption causes.

Got to wonder what the hell we drink milk for anyway.. Especially cows milk that is intended to be processed by 4 stomachs and not one small one.

Personally having had my appendix removed and intermittent periods if IBS and issues with my digestive system, I just don't see why we are still be stocking our supermarkets with this crap let alone it being a staple in households everywhere!

I think most of them DON'T realize that our medical/dental/insurance/media systems are directly related to our industries of consumption - food/cosmetic/pharma industries. How? The mechanics are simple. Eugenicists have honed in on a perfect solution to their problem. Albeit a LONG overtime project, it is finally coming round for them. Make sure all your daughters and sons are doctors and lawyers. Buy up the media and food production companies, and get involved with the pharmaceutical community. Now...make the weak and uneducated PAY. And pay we are. It is by making it so we PREFER unhealthy things to the truly good things they are ever so slowly cowing us all, in their minds at least. Some of us can see it now. Some are too horrified to even think this is happening. IT IS HAPPENING, all over the world and no one wants to give up convenience for the TRUTH. It's much easier to suck on a pacifier....no?

Raw milk is AWESOME.

But the way most milk is processed currently, I can see why so many people have problems with it. My husband was recently diagnosed with lactose intolerance and the beginnings of IBS. I have been substituting organic rice milk for cow milk when making his food. Seems to have really cleared up a lot of his issues.

The point is that we have been drinking dairy for some time and it is good for us. Human milk would be better but for some reason seams gross.. The problem today is that the cows are no longer natural cows and are fed modified food thus creating a mutated cow that evolution hasnt had its way with it yet. The end result is it creates mutations in humans i,e disease and cancer.

That is really weird. It does seem gross to think of drinking human milk, but I have no problem with drinking milk from a strange cow that I do not even know.

I just imagined a factory that produces human milk. I am no longer wondering why I do not like the thought of drinking human milk. Yes, we need none of that.

I had to quit cows milk as well since it has such a HIGH glycemic index. Even fat-free milk has sugar in it. AND i'm not allowed carbs so I went with Unsweetened BlueDiamond Almond Breeze. It's the ONLY one that doesn't seem to use that horrible, fake almond flavoring. And is nicely MILD flavored. The chocolate is a DREAM.

I'd buy it just to try it. Obviously I drank breast milk when I was a baby but I don't exactly remember how it tasted... even if I did I'd imagine my pallet has changed since I was a teeny baby.

I think you mean more the legal aspect of it, yes? I seem to remember someone posting a thread here on ATS about some company that was actually selling ICE CREAM made from human booby juice. As far as I remember they didn't have any legal issues. As long as you aren't enslaving women to harvest their juices and the milk is tested prior to sale I'd imagine it would be just fine. Seems like there would be a market for it, at least to sell to mothers who want their baby to drink breast milk but can't/wont breastfeed by themselves for one reason or another.

The problem is over-modified, sterilized, homogenized and any other iezed process done to Milk. That is what is making our bodies reject it. We have had it for thousands of years but now modern man can't hack it? Is it us that changed or did we change the cows...think about that one!

Oh and I have UC I would hate to give up dairy but maybe I will try more organic dairy first!

Damn, I litterally laughed out loud at your response!

I personally could not live without milk, I really don't beleive that milk is the culprit, more like the steroids put into the livestock to grow bigger for more profits. When I was growing up girls didn't hit puberty at 12, there is too much crap added for profits sake and too little thought in the way of what is actually good for the human body. But then again I am not a well paid scientist working for a corporate intrest, so what do I know?

Simple.. it tastes good and people like it. Now I could and for the most part do not drink milk, but I do love my cheese! Why.. because it tastes good, not such a big mystery.

Okay. I got one. Milk is an age old conspiracy to keep us in the dark. It's the primary contributor to the calcification of the pineal gland, hence keeping us, "third eye blind" and causing spiritual disconnect for the entire milk consuming masses.

I don't think I believe that for a minute, but as long as the topic was about things we consume from cows, I thought that piece of B.S. was worth a guffah or two.

I used to drink cow milk often, now I mostly drink soy milk. I highly recommend trying it if you want a milk substitute for your diet, the vanilla flavored kind is also really good. I've also had almond milk, that's tasty too.

Very interesting. I can relate as I use to have major stomach/intestine problems. I no longer can drink milk, or anything heavily cooked in milk. I just feel so gross and in pain. However I eat a lot of cheese and yogurt in my diet with no problem. Is there a difference in the consumption of milk, virus produce derived from milk??

Agreed Abeverage.

Have been lolking into raw milk lately - what a can of worms!!! Some claim even a (gasp) conspiracy!

Here's an article with some good old research: Raw Milk

And then theres the claims about A2 Milk

a2 Milk™ is pure dairy milk, which is both natural and unique. While most cow's milk contains both A2 and A1 beta-casein protein, originally all dairy cows produced milk containing only the A2 type of beta-casein protein. a2 Milk™ is produced from cows that are specially selected to produce A2 beta-casein protein, not A1.

The single most important factor in producing our delicious a2 Milk™ is to find the right dairy cows. We select cows that naturally produce milk rich in the A2 type of beta-casein, by using a simple and non-invasive DNA test which analyses a sample hair from the tail of each dairy cow, which is a unique testing process. These cows are then separated to form A2 herds, so that they can produce pure and natural a2 Milk™.

Because a2 Milk™ is rich in A2 beta-casein protein, it may assist with your digestive wellbeing. Many people who perceive that they have problems drinking standard milk brands, report that they can enjoy all of the benefits of dairy when they switch to a2 Milk™.

I started buying A2, raw organic milk, and it's made quite a difference to the household... Took a few days to get used to the taste, but craving it now.

Well from my own experience developing ulcerative colitis at tha age of 14, it's not just milk that is the problem, but extreme amounts of stress trigger genetic disorders, that can lead to having those disorders earlier in life. My colon actually went necrotic and when surgeons removed it it fell apart in their hands and it was all black looking. The human body was not designed to digest lactose which is why many people get gas or diarhea after consuming milk and heavily milk laden products.

Can't, human breast milk can carry the HIV virus, which is why when babies born to HIV+ women are not allowed to breastfeed.
