I'm have 3 campaigns on the go right now.

WE alternate every week.

One modern d20 Fallout campaign.

One Starjammer ( this one)

The other is just a standard 3.5, really low level cause we have some new players that wanted to learn.

The Fallout campaign sounds cool. Did you base Super Mutants on anything or create them from scratch?

It makes me exceedingly happy that there are still groups playing table top RPGs.

I think if I had used Skype to run the ATS group it may have gone better, at least we could have talked to each other instead of trying to run the whole thing as a script game.

I think we faced a Rhemoraz around 8th in living forgotten realms.

I remember that the Rhemoraz swallowed the druid.
And our cleric gnome jumped in after her.
Had to try twice since he missed getting into it's mouth the first time.
He D doored the druid to safety.

We ended up killing the sucker from long range.

I figure a starting at 5th level; run a game once a week for a few hours.

I was thinking of doing the Dungeon of Doom too...that thing is intense.

Are you talking about the old Mac dungeon of doom? Because that was an epic rpg for its day.

I'd definitely be interested in playing. My gaming group seems to have been disbanded.

Off-topic: Has anyone played Strands of FATE? I've got both the core book and Strands of Power but haven't had the opportunity to play it yet. I'm wondering if it's as great as it seems because I can definitely see it becoming my game of choice.

2nd edition rules? Boy, do I miss D&D! Your thread just brought back some of my most favorite days in high school. We never played the Star Jammer universe. We mostly played Dragon Lance universe.

Dragon Lich, heh? Good luck with that one. I guess the only major weakness would be connected to its phylactery.

Tenth, theres actually some good links in that thread for internet based playing.

I can personally recommend MapTools. I only used it once or twice but it definitely worked well for online play.
