A retrial is under way in the city of Mumbai, formally Bombay, after India's Supreme Court ordered a retrial after the Gujarat court aquitted Hindu
defendents of murder and inciting violence. The victims of the riots in 2002 were all burned to death in a bakery in violent riots which caused the
deaths of 1000 people.

Again Political and Religious beliefs and influences disrupts the course of justice.
People were killed...murdered and a thousand if not more were killed in the rioting which followed in the days before and after. Yes, witnesses were
abused and treated unfairly by the goverment...yes they were beaten into withdrawing there statements...all because some men want power and will do
anything to get to it.
Hopefully the people involved will now recieve justice they deserve because of outside influence.
